A Wedding at Seven Bridges

Platte City, Missouri

From the moment we met, there was a warmth and sincerity about Rachel and Luke that made them more like friends than actual clients. Their engagement session, which was themed around a picturesque picnic, remains one of my favorites!

We spread out a cozy blanket, indulged in snacks and wine, and captured moments of laughter and love with a playful Polaroid camera. Rachel and Luke's genuine connection was palpable, and it set the tone for what would be a truly remarkable journey together.

On their wedding day, Rachel and Luke went above and beyond to make my entire media team and me feel like part of their family. From the early morning preparations to the late-night dance floor celebrations, every moment was filled with love, laughter, and a sense of togetherness. They welcomed us with open arms, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout the day.

What struck me most about Rachel and Luke was their thoughtfulness and attention to detail. They didn't just see us as vendors but as integral members of their wedding experience. It wasn't just about capturing beautiful photos for them; it was about sharing in the joy of their special day together.

As I looked through my camera lens, I witnessed countless tender moments between Rachel and Luke: the way they stole glances at each other during the ceremony, the gentle caress of Luke's hand on Rachel's back as they danced, and the joyous laughter that echoed throughout the venue. But what touched me even more was how they included us in those moments, making us feel like cherished friends celebrating alongside them.

Photographing Rachel and Luke's wedding wasn't just a job; it was an honor and a privilege. Their kindness, warmth, and genuine love for each other were evident in every frame captured. They reminded me why I love what I do – not just for the artistry of photography, but for the connections forged and the stories told through each image. Rachel and Luke will forever hold a special place in my heart, not just as clients, but as dear friends whose love story I had the honor of documenting.
